• Do you sell shed kits?
    MiniBuilt is committed to reducing customer frustration. Since shed kits are prone to frustration, we sell only fully built structures.

 

• Will I need to shovel snow off the roof?
    No! MiniBuilt has it engineered for your peace of mind. No need to shovel snow off your roof!

 

• Do I need a building permit for a shed?
    Permits are the responsibility of the homeowner. MiniBuilt provides assistance and documentation as required. Call us for more information.

 

• Can I customize my shed?
   Yes! Starting with our basic structural designs; windows, doors, sizes, colours, and other features may be customized.

 

• How do you deliver and install?
    MiniBuilt is fully outfitted with over size delivery rigs. We will place your shed with our hydraulic trailer, or Mule forklift, or with a HIAB crane, or build the shed onsite. See our Installation page for more info.

 

• What kind of foundation do I need?
    A crushed gravel pad is required to make a dry, well-drained foundation for most sheds. Do it yourself, or hire our subcontractor to do it for you.

 

• How much do your sheds cost?

    We are located in Rosedale BC. We service all of the Fraser Valley including Chilliwack, Agassiz, Hope, Abbotsford, Mission, Langley, and Surrey. We deliver to Vancouver Island, Squamish, Pemberton, Merritt, Kamloops, Kelowna and beyond.
